Leading Academic Specializing in Competition Law and Tech Regulation Joins Geradin Partners

Geradin Partners is very pleased to announce than Dr. Daniel Mandrescu, a leading scholar in the areas of competition law and tech regulation, is joining its Amsterdam office on 1 October 2024. Daniel obtained his PhD from Leiden University, where he is an assistant Professor of law, on the anti-competitive aspects of online platforms and the interaction between such platforms and EU competition law.  He has published highly-cited articles, notably on the application of abuse of dominance law on app stores, on the SSNIP test and zero pricing strategies, and on the application of 102 TFEU on multisided online platforms.
