Constantin von Ludwig
Constantin von Ludwig is an Associate at the Berlin office of Geradin Partners. He advises clients on EU and German competition and regulatory law, with a particular focus on antitrust litigation.
Before joining Geradin Partners and as part of his legal training (Referendariat), he gained experience at Hausfeld, the Office of the Federal Chancellor (Bundeskanzleramt), the European Commission’s DG Competition, and the Higher Regional Court of Berlin (Kammergericht).
Constantin studied law at Heidelberg University, Complutense University of Madrid and the University of Münster. He has also worked as a research assistant for Freshfields in Düsseldorf and Berlin. He is currently pursuing a doctorate at the University of Münster on a topic at the intersection of competition law and data protection law.
