Elena Engels

Elena Engels is counsel at Geradin Partners. She is a dispute resolution lawyer specialising in competition litigation and damages claims and represents clients in high-stakes antitrust proceedings, with a particular focus on complex and cross-border litigation. 

Beyond antitrust matters, her practice extends to commercial and post-M&A disputes, both before state and arbitral courts. She also advises clients on emerging areas of contentious work, including climate and ESG-related litigation.

Before joining Geradin Partners, Elena worked for Freshfields’ dispute resolution practice.
