Gina Sternberg is a senior associate in the London office of Geradin Partners. Gina studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Mansfield College, Oxford for her undergraduate degree and studied the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Couse at BPP University in London. 

Prior to joining Geradin Partners, Gina was an associate in the Competition team at Macfarlanes LLP, where she also completed her training contract. Gina is registered to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales.

At her previous firm, Gina gained a broad range of experience working on EC and CMA investigations and merger control cases as well as appeals and follow on damages claims before the Competition Appeal Tribunal. 

This has included representing Flynn Pharma in its appeal to the Competition Appeal Tribunal of the CMA’s decision finding excessive pricing of phenytoin sodium capsules as well as in a separate appeal on costs before the UK Supreme Court.
