Henrik Koivuniemi
Henrik Koivuniemi is Counsel at Geradin Partners (Helsinki).
Before joining Geradin Partners, Henrik worked at other leading Finnish law firms, advising on a broad range of competition law, public procurement, and state aid matters. Earlier in his career, he served at the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA), wherein he gained hands-on experience of cartel investigations, including participation in dawn-raids.
Henrik has advised and represented clients in diverse competition and state aid matters before the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA), the European Commission, and the Court of Justice of the European Union. He also has substantial experience in public procurement litigation, having acted in numerous cases before the Finnish Market Court and the Supreme Administrative Court of Finland.
