Jenny Ojanperä

Biography

Jenny Ojanperä is an associate at the Helsinki office of Geradin Partners. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial and Corporate Law as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in European Law. Her legal education has been formally recognised as comparable to the Finnish Master of Laws degree, and she has completed the Finnish Bar Examination.

Prior to joining Geradin Partners, Jenny worked in EU public affairs, advising clients on EU-level policy and regulatory matters. Her work focused on competition-adjacent regulation, digital policy and sustainability-related files. Earlier, she completed a Blue Book traineeship at DG Competition.

Experience

Jenny has advised clients on EU legislative and regulatory developments, including legislative monitoring, regulatory analysis and support for engagement with EU institutions. Her experience covers a range of policy areas, including digital, climate, energy and transport-related regulation. Jenny has also gained experience in competition-related legal work and EU institutional processes during her Blue Book traineeship at DG Competition.
