Marie-June Evin

Marie-June is an associate at Geradin Partners, working closely with the firm’s London and Paris teams. Her practice focuses on competition litigation, collective proceedings and competition damages claims. She advises claimants and class representatives in complex competition disputes before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and other European courts. Most recently, she has been working on a number of collective proceedings involving major technology companies, including acting for Professor Barry Rodger in collective proceedings against Google. 

Prior to joining Geradin Partners, Marie-June worked at Hausfeld, where she was involved in a number of cross-border competition damages actions and cartel claims across Europe and the UK in relation to the automotive sector.

  • Contributed to the management of a class action before the Amsterdam Court on behalf of several thousand companies against the truck manufacturers involved in a cartel.
  • Contributed to the « First Wave » proceedings in the Trucks cartel before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, representing claims for waste management group Veolia, energy utility Suez and industrial product supplier Wolseley – amongst others.
