Mathieu Relange is counsel at Geradin Partners. Before that, Mathieu was counsel at EUCLID Law. Earlier in his career Mathieu a senior associate at Bird & Bird in Brussels, and an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
Mathieu has practiced competition law for more than 10 years. He
has spent most of his career in Brussels, where he has developed a strong
expertise in EU competition law proceedings. As a French-trained lawyer and a
member of the Paris bar, Mathieu has also assisted clients before the French
Mathieu’s practice covers all aspects of competition law, with a
strong focus on innovative markets. Mathieu has worked on several high-profile
investigations of the European Commission such as the Google Shopping abuse of
dominance case and the E-book collusion case (Apple case). He has also filed
several applications before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
