Paula Neuenkirchen

Paula Neuenkirchen is an Associate at the Berlin office of Geradin Partners. She advises clients on EU and German competition and regulatory law, with a particular focus on antitrust litigation.

Prior to joining Geradin Partners, and as part of her legal training, Paula gained experience at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action as well as at the European Commission.

In addition, she worked for several years as a research assistant both in the in-house legal department of a major energy company and at an international law firm, focusing on antitrust and energy law. Paula studied law at Humboldt University of Berlin, Sapienza Università di Roma, and King’s College London and subsequently completed the Second German State Examination in Germany. She holds a German law degree, the Italian Laurea Magistrale with a specialisation in European Private Law, and an LL.M. in Competition Law. She also graduated from the Humboldt European Law School, earning the degree of Juriste Européenne.
