Sanna Kaistinen

Sanna Kaistinen is counsel at Geradin Partners.

Prior to joining Geradin Partners, Sanna worked at a leading Finnish law firm and served as the Secretary General of the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce (FAI). Sanna has over 10 years of experience in litigation, arbitration, administrative and regulatory projects and proceedings, as well as processes and investigations with authorities. Sanna also works with various compliance matters.

Sanna has advised clients in, e.g., multiple regulatory matters, including competition, technology and intellectual property related assignments, proceedings and litigations. She handles matters across multiple sectors and before various courts and tribunals, including general and special courts, administrative courts, and both institutional and ad hoc arbitral tribunals.

As Secretary General of the FAI, Sanna was responsible for the global activities of the arbitration institute. She has extensive experience in arbitral proceedings, arbitration rules and related regulation. Having worked at the Finland Chamber of Commerce, Sanna is also well equipped to collaborate with different stakeholders, including local legislators and EU regulators.
