Sanna-Mari Jäntti

Sanna-Mari Jäntti serves as Head of Government Relations at Geradin Partners.

She specializes in public affairs, strategy development, stakeholder management, global partnerships, thought leadership and communications. She brings extensive experience working across the public and private sectors, with particular expertise in navigating complex political, regulatory, and institutional environments.

At Geradin Partners, Ms. Jäntti supports clients in interpreting political and geopolitical developments, managing strategic risks, and identifying opportunities in rapidly evolving policy landscapes. Her work focuses on helping organizations operate effectively and credibly in politically complex environments through informed stakeholder engagement, strategic foresight, and cross-sector collaboration.

Mrs. Jäntti has served as Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Office of the Mayor of Helsinki. In this role, she was responsible for advancing the implementation of the City’s strategic agenda and supporting senior leadership in major cross-functional development initiatives, including urban development, organizational transformation, and international strategic relations.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Jäntti has held a range of roles involving strategic development, institutional collaboration, and international partnerships in global operating environments. She has worked extensively with corporations, foundations, NGOs, and public sector organizations.

Ms. Jäntti is actively engaged in international networks and initiatives and currently serves on the Bloomberg New Economy Cities Council, alongside several voluntary and advisory roles.
