Spencer Cohen

Spencer Cohen is a Trainee Solicitor at Geradin Partners. He holds a BA in History and a BA (Senior Status) in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, as well as an MSc in Regulation from the London School of Economics. He has published in leading peer-reviewed competition law journals, and his research has been cited by competition authorities in the UK and Brazil.  

Before joining Geradin Partners, Spencer worked on competition law reform in the US Congress, researched the history of EU merger control on a Commission-funded project, and advised a non-profit organisation on the implementation of the EU Digital Markets Act.
