Biography

Sukriti Jaiswal is a senior associate at Geradin Partners in London. She obtained her law degree from Government Law College, Mumbai, India, and began her legal career at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, a leading law firm in India, specializing in dispute resolution. Before joining Geradin Partners, Sukriti served as an associate in the Litigation and Investigations team at Allen & Overy LLP, London. She is a dual-qualified lawyer registered to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales, as well as in India.

Experience

During her tenure at previous firms, Sukriti handled a diverse range of commercial, competition, fraud and insolvency disputes, providing strategic advice to major international corporations and financial institutions, and navigating the complexities of legal systems in both English and Indian jurisdictions. Notably, she advised a global truck manufacturer on private damages claims stemming from the European Commission’s decision regarding the medium and heavy trucks market. Sukriti also successfully represented one of India’s largest telecom service providers before the Bombay High Court, securing the quashing of an order for a cartelization investigation issued by the Competition Commission Authority of India.
