Tarik Hennen
Tarik Hennen is Head of AI at Geradin Partners, where he works with the partnership to develop and implement the firm’s AI strategy: governance, internal tool development, and training and adoption across practice groups.
He began his career in EU competition law, first as a research fellow at the University of Liège (2005–2006), then as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar (2007–2011). From 2010 to 2013, he served as Executive Secretary of the Global Competition Law Centre at the College of Europe.
He then moved into entrepreneurship, advising companies on digital strategy and marketing for a decade. Since 2022, he has trained more than 300 professionals in generative AI and built custom AI systems for clients across sectors. He is also a guest professor at IHECS, the Brussels journalism and communication school, where he teaches a seminar on AI and he contributes to international research on AI in professional practice.
