Biography

Temi is an associate with experience in UK competition law, competition litigation and collective actions.

Temi holds a degree in Competition and Economic Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, as well as a barrister and solicitor in Nigeria. Temi has advised on some of the most high-profile and technically complex competition claims in the UK, including proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal. His experience includes acting for both opt-in and opt-out claimants in the merchant interchange fee litigation, one of the leading collective actions in the UK.
