Kieran Anderson

Biography

Kieran is counsel in the London office with extensive experience in competition litigation, including high-profile collective actions and private damages claims before the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Before joining Geradin Partners, he practised at leading international City law firms, advising on complex disputes across a range of commercial sectors, with a particular focus on competition cases, both follow-on and standalone. Kieran has also worked for judges in the Supreme Court of Victoria in Melbourne and in the Court of Appeal, giving him valuable insight into judicial decision-making.

  • Acting for the class representative in the Ad Tech opt-out collective action against Google in the CAT
  • Advising a European corporate on potential FX mis-selling claims.
  • Defending a UK bank in the FX hybrid cartel damages claim before the High Court, CAT and Court of Appeal.
  • Representing a global cable manufacturer in cartel damages litigation.
  • Acting for a sports data business in a claim in the CAT concerning data scraping and related proceedings.
  • Advising a generics pharmaceutical company in the context of a pay-for-delay infringement.
  • Defending an automotive parts manufacturer in the Bearings cartel damages litigation before the High Court and CAT.
  • Representing a technology company in cartel damages litigation before the CAT, including strike-out and appeal applications.
  • Successfully defending a pharmaceutical company at trial in a passing-off dispute in the High Court.
