Biography

Marie is a Senior Advisor at Geradin Partners, bringing extensive expertise in public affairs and digital regulation across France and Europe. She notably served for nearly 10 years as Director of Public Affairs at Vivendi Group, a position she held until the end of 2024, where she actively contributed to numerous European negotiations on major digital policy frameworks, including the Digital Services Act (DSA), Digital Markets Act (DMA), and AI Act. She earned her Master’s degree from Sciences Po Paris in 1999 and completed an Executive MBA at TRIUM in 2016.

Experience

Following a distinguished 20-year career in public affairs, during which she acquired deep expertise in media regulation and digital platform governance, Marie decided to bring her strategic insights on European and international regulatory environments to Geradin Partners.

Her career encompasses various senior leadership roles at Vivendi Group, where she provided strategic counsel to top management on complex regulatory and legislative developments, particularly within European institutional frameworks. She has successfully led multi-stakeholder initiatives across the digital and creative sectors, positioning her as a recognized voice in European digital policy debates.

Prior to Vivendi, she gained foundational experience in telecommunications at Alcatel and Completel, developing her understanding of technology sector dynamics.

Beyond her role at Geradin Partners, Marie serves as Policy Advisor to the Human Artistry Campaign, focusing on AI ethics and creative rights protection. She is also an active investor in the mobility startup aeroscale.bike.

Marie is a member of the Franco-German Cultural Council (HCCFA), where she plays an active role in fostering Franco-German dialogue on cultural and creative policy issues, further strengthening her expertise in cross-border regulatory coordination.
